ARC International was founded on the philosophy that the purpose of architecture is to enhance people’s lives - improving how they live, work, worship and play. We believe that architectural responses should not only stimulate and support their users but also be technically, socially, culturally and environmentally relevant to their time and space. In order to offer a more unique perspective in the development of designs, ARC International employs a diverse range of talented individuals. In acknowledgment of our constant high quality level of service, ARC International has received the Dubai Municipality Performance Award in 2004 and 2006 and an award from the Ministry of Public Works in 2011.

STRATEGY AND POLICY

Here at ARC, we embrace that the world is moving into a more technological state. It is the utilization of the latest technology in conjunction with the high intellect of our talented staff that gives us the competitive advantage we need to perform above and beyond in our endeavors. Rather than using IT as a simple tool we characterize it as a strategic means that help us better reach our objectives in a more efficient fashion. We communicate effectively across all our branches to ensure work is allocated accordingly to progress. When work stops in one country, it continues in another. We utilize both local and cloud based servers with an encrypted backup system ensuring our files are secure and always accessible. We are among the first in Dubai to utilize Revit Building Design, Autodesk BIM software, within all design disciplines of our operations. This has allowed us to take our design and coordination efficiency to new heights. Our company’s infrastructure also includes the usage of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration system and a Document Management System (DMS). In our reflection to following best management and operational practices, ARC International has been DNV ISO 9001 quality certified consecutively since 2007. Our procedures and standards are implemented to better serve our clients in the most efficient way possible.
